Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery timeline. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Within India (Metro Cities): Standard / Speed Post – 3-5 business days
- Within India (Other Cities): Standard / Speed Post – 5-7 business days
- Within India (Remote Areas): India Post – 7-12 business days
- International: International Registered Post – 14-21 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing (for international orders), and unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the respective courier partner's website.
International Shipping
We ship Ayurvedic products internationally. Please note:
- International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applicable depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Some Ayurvedic products may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
- AyurHelp is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product under these conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The product must not be damaged by the customer.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
- Customized herbal formulations prepared specifically for your consultation
- Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return

- Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
- Ship the Product: Pack securely and ship to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the product and process accordingly.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
- Bank processing times may vary, and it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
